Definition of the Service:
Affidavits are certifications issued by the sharia court and considered among the duties of the sharia judiciary. They are performed by the Documents and Authentication Department at the Civil Cases and Social Affairs Department. They are issued upon request from the concerned parties.
Requirements:
A copy of the applicant's and witnesses' IDs (passport or family book for citizens).
Copies of the supporting documents to be mentioned in the affidavit.
Copies of witnesses' IDs.
Getting the application typed at one of the typing centers.
Presence of the applicant and the witnesses.
All supporting copies.
