Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, Chairman of RAK Courts Department, honored a constellation of the department’s distinguished judges and most distinguished strategic and community partners, in addition to honoring the most prominent lawyers, journalists and suppliers. H.E. also honored the department’s employees of RAK Government Excellence Award winners for 2014, as well as the employees with distinguished efforts and outstanding performance, and former employees who have left their distinctive mark on the quality of performance in the department. The ceremony took place in the presence of their Excellency the members of the judicial Council, judicial authority, and public prosecution.Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri stated that RAK Courts Department had a remarkable presence during the last two sessions of the emirate Government Excellence Award 2013 and 2014, where it achieved first place eight times under the categories: Distinguished department in Customer Service, and in the results of institutional performance contract, as well as the categories of Distinguished Administration (judicial services management), Distinguished Supervisor and Director, Distinguished Customer Service Employee (in 2013), and under the categories: Distinguished Director, Distinguished Department Head, Distinguished Assistant Administrative Officer (in 2014). The department also achieved second place eight times and third place seven times under other categories during the last two sessions only; the awards that exceed more than double what the department achieved since it joined the government excellence race from 2006 until 2012. Hence it can be said that the department is progressing in a positive pattern and fast leaps in the race towards excellence.Al Khatri also stated that the achievement can be attributed after God Almighty to H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, who laid the foundations of judicial work in Ras Al Khaimah by building a judicial system of international standards, and his wise directives to the heads of the courts and members of judicial authority on the need to ensure the prompt settlement of lawsuits and reducing their duration times in order to achieve prompt justice, and thanks are also due to H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, who closely follows the judicial work details and is keen himself to ensure the achievement of legal protection for individuals, investors and workers as one of the most important strategic directions of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. Also one of the most important reasons that led to the great achievement made by RAK Courts Department during its participation in the Government Excellence Award in the last two years is the launch of the Beacon of Excellence and Innovation Award as an internal award for three consecutive sessions, and the organization of the participation process in the internal award at the emirate level through the issuance of resolutions number 26 and 28 in the last two sessions in a row, thus raising the roof of excellence rewards in accordance with a methodology that is documented in the referred to resolutions to reach a total of neatly 300 thousand dirhams during the last two sessions, which benefited approximately a hundred of the distinguished leadership and staff of the department, individually and on teams level.Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri concluded his statement by saying, \u201cThese great achievements undoubtedly were backed by hard work by the leadership of the department and members of the judicial authority and institutional excellence teams working in the department, and the staff of the department with extraordinary achievements and efforts, as well as the fruitful and effective cooperation with the department partners, supplier, lawyers and journalists; therefore all of them deserved honoring in this ceremony\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1105,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-11700","news","type-news","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","entry","has-media"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
