Unified Electronic Proposal System\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In furtherance of the principle of providing added value to customers and to achieve fast response to their requirements and expectations, Unified Proposal System project was implemented. The System is considered an electronic channel to submit a proposal for cases related to any Department or services thereof and allows customers of Government of Ras Al Khaimah to deliver their opinions and submit their proposals related to government services and to respond to their requirements and expectations as soon as possible in a positive way to achieve outstanding government performance and provide the best government services to customers.\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n

Steps & Procedures of Electronic Proposals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Submit Suggestion: this service enables the user to submit proposal to Departments on their services, also this service contributes in providing new ideas to develop the performance of the Department activities.\u200b<\/p>\n\n

1-\u00a0\u00a0 Login to Ras Al Khaima Portal\u00a0\u00a0www.rak.ae<\/a><\/p>\n\n

2-\u00a0\u00a0 Login as Registered Member and click on “Submit Proposal” link on home page.<\/p>\n\n

3-\u00a0\u00a0 Enter all required information and you can also load any documents which support the submitted proposal.<\/p>\n\n

4-\u00a0\u00a0 You will receive an e-mail containing proposal confirmation along with the code thereof.<\/p>\n\n

5-\u00a0\u00a0 Required Documents, any document that supports the submitted proposal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Follow Up Proposal: this service provides a means to any individual to follow up the proposal which he submitted. The User can preview details of the proposal and the procedure taken. Also, it will be possible to track rewards register (actual points, points balance, received financial reward, etc.). The User can submit an application to receive a reward as per the points added to his account.<\/p>\n\n

1-\u00a0\u00a0 Login then click on “Follow Up Proposal” link on home page.<\/p>\n\n

2-\u00a0\u00a0 Enter your e-mail address and proposal number.<\/p>\n\n

3-\u00a0\u00a0 You can review the details of the proposal and procedures taken by the Department. Also you can review the date of rewards.<\/p>\n\n

4-\u00a0\u00a0 If you want to apply for a prize, click on “Apply For Prize”<\/p>\n\n

Vote On Proposal: This service enables Users to vote on any electronic proposal, the matter which helps the Department to classify the proposals after submitting them<\/p>\n\n

1-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Click on “Vote Proposal” on home page.<\/p>\n\n

2-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The User can select one voting option from several ones, thus, click on Vote Proposal<\/p>\n\n
