Definition of the Service:<\/strong>
\nOrder on a Petition is a procedure, which gives the claimant a right to apply to obtain a decision in the urgent litigation. In such conditions the adversary is not necessarily notified. Some examples of such orders are ‘payment order’ or ‘precautionary attachment’ and ‘travel ban’. Each order has a court fee specified by Law. The orders differ in procedures.<\/div>\n
