Definition of the Service:
\n<\/strong>The cases brought before the court to be ruled on temporary basis without prejudice to the right in urgent matters that are feared to run out of time, but this does not prevent the trial court from looking at these cases if presented before it by dependency, and these include:
\n–\u00a0 Statement of facts case.
\n–\u00a0 Case for assigning an expert.
\n–\u00a0 Case for assigning a sequestrator.
\n–\u00a0 Witness testimony case.
\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\n1.\u00a0Statement of claim signed by the plaintiff
\n2.\u00a0Summary statement
\n3.\u00a0Copy of ID
\n4.\u00a0Receipt voucher after paying the fees
\nTime to complete the Service:<\/strong>
\n3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
\nThe first trial session will be in 10 days at a minimum.
