RAK Courts receive a delegation from Dibba Al Hisn Federal Court of First Instance

RAK Courts received a delegation from the Department of Reform and Family Counseling in Dibba Al Hisn Federal Court of First Instance, in the framework of strengthening the relations of cooperation and integration and exchanging experiences between local government bodies in the UAE.During the meeting, the delegation reviewed the work mechanism and procedures of the Department of Reform and Family Counseling in RAK Courts, as well as the modern technologies upon which the department relies. The delegation was also briefed on the most important achievements of the department during the past period, which helped maximize family bonding in the emirate and achieve community awareness.The delegation, which included Hafla Al-Shehhi, director of the department, and family counselors Ali Al-Mansouri and Abdullah Al-Dhohori watched a visual presentation that showed the file opening procedures in the Department of Reform and Family Counseling. They also viewed the work mechanism in the Inheritance Department and its achievements. From RAK Courts Department’s side, the meeting was attended by H.E. chancellor / Ibrahim Al Manaei, president of the Court of Appeal, and H.E. chancellor / Hassan Yousef Alrogha, chairman of the Court of First Instance, and Sheikha Ahmed AL-Buraiki, director of the Department of Reform and Family Counseling, and Hassan Al-Mansouri, director of the Inheritance Department.Dibba Al Hisn Court’s delegation expressed their admiration of the achievements made by RAK Courts in general in facilitating access to justice and achieving the highest levels of satisfaction among those concerned, and of the achievements of the Department of Reform and Family Counseling in particular. At the end of the visit, both sides exchanged commemorative shields.
