RAK Courts participate in the Basma (smile) eighth camp for children with diabetes 2015

RAK Courts Department participated in opening the Basma (smile) eighth camp for children with diabetes 2015 under the theme: (Befriend diabetes, be happy), which was held at the Cultural Center in Ras Al Khaimah, and organized by the RAK Medical District and Department of Education and Health information in Ras Al Khaimah.The camp opening was witnessed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of Rak Department of Customs and Seaports, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Kayed Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK Department of Economic Development, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahed, Acting Director of the medical area and a number of hospital managers and staff of the medical field in the UAE.Dr. Saif bin Ghanem Al-Shumaili, general supervisor of evening sessions in RAK Courts noted that the department’s participation comes in line with the UAE Vision 2021, and the general strategic framework of RAK Government 2015 – 2017 in the provision of a health system with international standards, as the Courts Department is keen to interact with community initiatives and events that benefit the society as a whole, and the Court Department’s participation in this camp comes as a new sponsor based on the directives and follow-up of H.E. Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, chairman of the Courts Department.
