Definition of the Service:
These are the claims that a party or more in are workers or the like and the source of the claimed right is the work contract.
Requirements:
1. Statement of claim signed by the plaintiff
2. Summary statement
3. Copy of ID
4. Original copy of Labour complain
5. Receipt voucher after paying the fees for companies
Time to complete the Service:
3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
The first trial session will be in 10 days at a minimum.
Outputs:
Judgment approved and signed by the judge – copy
