Definition of the Service:
The marriage is a legal contract between man and wife, it aims at the protection and establishment of a stable family under the custody of the husband on basis that help them bear its burdens with love and mercy.
Requirements:
For UAE Citizens:
Copies of valid passports for the husband and wife. The family book of the husband and wife. The two parties should be present. The original medical fitness reports. The wife’s guardian should be present. The witnesses should be present.
Residents:
Copies of the passports and valid residency visas for the husband and wife in Ras Al Khaimah. The original medical fitness reports. The husband, wife and witnesses should be present.
For People without Identification Papers:
A copy of the ID showing he/she does not hold identification papers, the medical fitness certificate
Whether marriage is performed inside or outside the Department:
Type the application at one of the typing centres.
The wife’s guardian should be present.
The two parties (husband and wife should be present).
Witnesses should be present.
