Completion of the first appeal case of Case Management Office in RAK Court of Appeal

The Case Management Office in RAK Courts referred the first appeal challenge case of its kind in the department, under the amended Federal Civil Procedure Law, which came into force in the state from the 1st of March of this year, after the completion of all necessary paperwork and documents and the exchange between the parties of the lawsuit, in addition to notes and responses, while the newly established office in the department scheduled the court hearing to be on the sixteenth of this month, for the consideration of the first appeal case before the Court of Appeal in the emirate.Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Courts said: “The office of case management in the department was able to accomplish its tasks in this regard within 10 days, as the outcome of the efforts made by RAK Courts in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, represented by the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies in Sharjah, which was a reflection of the amendments to the new Federal Civil Procedure Law”.Al Khatri stressed that the country is making great efforts at all levels to provide a decent livelihood for all segments of society, which constitutes one of the most important priorities, by ensuring the integrity of the judicial process and maintaining a high level of transparency and law enforcement.While Chancellor Ibrahim Al Manaei, Director of RAK Court of Appeal said: “The judicial teams formed by RAK Courts Department made intensive efforts during the past stage in the training and qualification of specialized personnel towards achieving the desired goal.
