Dubai Courts Notary delegation briefed on the most important initiatives of RAK Courts Notary
A delegation of the Notary Public of Dubai Courts visited the Notary Public Department in Ras Al Khaimah Courts in the framework of strengthening the relations of cooperation and integration and exchange of experiences between government bodies and review of best practices. The delegation included Mr. Abdul Razak Ibrahim, director of the Public Notary Department, Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh, head of Institutional Support, and Mr. Hamad Suleiman and Mohammed Obaid, director of Notary Public. At the forefront of the reception party was H.E Chancellor Hassan Yousef Alrogha, chairman of the Court of First Instance, judge Yusuf Rajab and Judge Dr. Abdul Mohye Al-Qaralleh. In addition to Prof. Nawal Ali Yusuf, director of the notary public, and Dr. Saif Al-Shumaili, general supervisor of evening sessions in RAK Courts and a number of management personnel. The director of RAK Courts Notary Public Department demonstrated the performance indicators and opinion poll results related to management, in addition to the explanation of all Notary Public e-services.The most important initiative this year is the “Hadhreen Benosalkom” initiative launched by the notary public this year, through which it seeks to excel in the provision of services to dealers in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the department and the administration alike, by increasing the hours of moving the notary public to the headquarters of the concerned parties and taking their signatures, raising this service availability from 7 hours per day to 14 hours.The delegation took a briefing tour in the different sections of the department to review attestation procedures and electronic programs.The visit was concluded by exchanging commemorative shields, and the delegation thanked the department for the good reception and constant readiness for cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of notary public services.
