RAK Courts delegation visits ADJD

Abu Dhabi Judicial Department received in its main headquarters in Abu Dhabi a delegation from Ras Al Khaimah Courts, in the framework of strengthening cooperation and integration relationships and the exchange of experiences between local government entities in all emirates. During the visit the delegation led by Chancellor Yusuf Hassan Rajab reviewed the judicial mechanisms and smart electronic services provided by the department to its clients. They also learned about the most important achievements of the department during the past few years, which allowed them to make giant steps towards achieving the department’s strategy to consolidate the rule of law and facilitate access to justice.The RAK Courts delegation’s visit program included attending presentations on each of the new strategic plans of the Judicial Department, and services provided through the registration management, electronic litigation, and public notary services, in addition to an explanation on the legal assistance provided by the department to the litigants.At the end of the visit, RAK Courts delegation expressed its admiration for what Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has achieved in facilitating access to justice with the help of modern and smart technologies.
